Upon receipt of your contact lens delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure items received correspond to your order, and to contact us as soon as possible should this is not the case.
We offer a 60-day guarantee from date-of-purchase for any adjustment issues associated with the comfort of your contact lenses. Antoine Laoun will provide you with store credit (of the value of the contact lenses, minus adjustment fees), which can be applied to the purchase of prescription glasses in one of our four branches. Delivery fees are always non-refundable and cannot be credited.

Lenses Requiring Frequent Replacement :
- Within the above-mentioned time frame, we will exchange your unopened and unaltered contact lenses (in their boxes) for contact lenses of equivalent value - if the lenses are being exchanged due to discomfort issues. (This type of lens is not guaranteed from discolouration, yellowing, deposits, or tears).
Non-disposable Lenses :
- Within the above-mentioned time frame, we will replace your non-disposable daily-wear contact lenses if there is a problem due to discomfort, discolouration, yellowing, deposits, or tears if these appear in the context everyday use.
